Having had tablet form L-Glut for far too long it's a pleasant change to just be able to throw a teaspoon or two into my porridge and post shake drinks. No taste what so ever.

Cheapest Glutamine around! My only issue with it, is the massive packet that it comes in, major waste of packaging. But no issues with it's effectiveness. Will definitely purchase again.
