Tasteless and mixed in with my juice very well, I used this during my workout and it has helped with my bloating and with my water retention!  I would 100% recommend and when I finish my current bag I will be repurchasing I have tried to many different products to help with my bloating but I think I have found my holy grail!  I have also had zero side affects from this, the product also has no horrible aftertaste and no grittiness when drinking.  Goes Well With: I personally mix mine with about 400ml of squash or juice and this works great for me! The product is tasteless and mixes in to everything I have tried very well! No grittiness or horrible aftertaste!

Purchased after reading effects on gut health primarily. I've been using a couple of weeks and do feel a lot less bloated after eating. Have also noticed more stamina in workouts, but unsure if that is the product or somerhing else. Overall, I'm pleased with this. Just mix a scoop into water and it's perfectly pleasant.
