I have suffered with bloating and digestive issues since I was a child , after lots of research on the internet about healing the gut and improving my immune system i thought it best to give this a try and wow my stomach is flat and I go to the toilet properly ..I take it with water on an empty stomach first thing in the morning as I fast till lunchtime anyway …..a week later and I am feeling the benefits !
