I do slimmingworld, and have been struggling to get a few pounds off to enter a new stone bracket. I used to use these and CLA tablets when I weight trained and didn’t see a difference. But, eating using the SW recipe and syn system, matched with a lot of walking has worked! I lost 9lbs this week!! Taking me wellllll into the new stone bracket. I am chuffed! They don’t taste bad, they’re a bit big that’s probably the only thing.  Goes Well With: Eating healthily and walking. I find using the CLA tablets along side these have worked well for weightloss. 

I've been using this supplement for around 4 weeks now and have seen a significant difference in both my performance and my physique. I take one tablet first thing in the morning and then one later on in the afternoon as my workouts vary time wise daily. I've see a big reduction in fat loss and am finally seeing some results! They can be a little difficult to swallow but just make sure you have a huge gulp of water with them! I definitely recommend this product. Goes Well With: A huge mouthful of water!
