These were recommended by friends of mine, and I actually have noticed feeling better after a workout. My weight loss journey has just begun so I have no results with that yet but these tablets are great value for money and I will continue to use them.

Have been waking up with a flatter stomach with these, even if I eat something naughty ;-) though I do work out 4 times a week.
