Quite a bit of money but this has helped me a heck of a lot! I take this during the morning straight after breakfast along side the Alpha Men Multivitamin. Before, I suffered a lot from lower back pain and joint pain as I have arthritis. Been taken Krill oil for a week and the pain has certainly reduced.

This supplement is great and the best supplement on the market for controlling cholesterol, However, I found that I needed at least 2 pills per day for it to reduce LDL and increase HDL.
