Was actually pleasantly surprised by this protein shake tasted amazing and already seeing really good results, best tasting protein shake I’ve ever (chocolate caramel). 

My personal favourite is the Strawberry and Vanilla but I’ve also tried the coffee flavour which is equally as impressive! Me and my partner mix with 200ml of double cream to up those fat calories as the shake is protein rich.  Really hope they continue refining their Keto range! I follow a Keto diet and this is great for an easy breakfast. I tried the Strawberry and cream and I love it. My only gripe is the mixing it say 2 scoops, well if.you do that you get way more than 50g and therefore all you Makros are out. Either change the scoop size or change the instructions please. The shake mixes a LOT better than expected. With it being keto I expected a weird oily taste but it's like a thick milkshake with the amount of liquid it says use. I've been using the coffee and walnut flavour and it is good, I do however add an extra shot of coffee too it to loosen it further and give more taste and a coffee boost in the morning. My main issue with this is it tells you in the directions to add 2 scoops (50g) to 300ml of water. That's wayyyy off. Each full scoop is around 35g so be careful if you're trying to his your macros as this is going to mess them up. You'd have thought that in this day and age lies like this wouldn't be allowed on a good packaging. Goes Well With: Almond milk and shot of coffee

You're here looking for an easy way to get the right keto fuel on your body. The problem is, as the ease at which it goes in also works the same on the way out. I've had the shake as my breakfast a couple of times and I'm fine after. But..as soon as I eat something, a storm brews inside and not long after the digestive tract let's loose, several times. Well at least for me. I think this could be due to the presence of MCT oil. But it tastes nice (I had slated caramel) and mixes well in a nutri bullet. So consume this in the safety of your own home...you've been warned! Goes Well With: Ice and a blender. Quilted toilet roll.
