So I’ve been on a keto diet for about 6 months, been managing fine with with regular impact whey, figured that this keto blend was just a bit of a gimmick but when I ordered my latest batch thought I’d give the sample a go.  This seems to mix thicker than the standard protein, has a consistency a bit like unset angel delight which is by no means a bad thing, it tastes like liquid coffee cake it’s amazing and the higher fat content seems to leave me really satisfied/full. Didn’t have any problems mixing it either, I use a stainless shaker with a mixer ball in and it mixed this up nice and smooth, no lumps.  So I’m probably going to add a bag of this into my routine, may even replace the standard stuff in the long run. In the short term it’s going to be a great treat and probably a nice way to handle the cravings I occasionally get for something sweet

So I initially wrote a review on this and I’m glad I didn’t save it because having thought about it, it’s a great product. All the fats come from good whole food sources and I don’t know another high fat protein shake on the market. The coffee and walnut is great, particularly if you add cashew butter. Only downside is it doesn’t make sludge so no mug cakes.   Goes Well With: Nut butters
