I liked the product as lactose free so I don’t have the side effects of my intolerance, the downside is that the whey does not provide that smoothness you would expect when making a porridge for example. It is pretty much water and oats.. so the taste is not that pleasant

So pleased with my purchase. I have mine with almond milk, semi-skimmed milk or even water using a blender. Also perfect for making pancakes, or cookies!

I don’t know what they did to this powder but it’s so fluffy it’s not really your regular powder it’s almost if you put the powder into like something that fluffed it up so it’s got more volume and it tastes like washing up liquid.  Goes Well With: I used banana, strawberry and raspberry smoothies. That takes away the used one week old floor sanitizer taste. 

I have to say after trying countless ISO proteins I have finally found one that is so good - not only does it taste great, it doesnt have a bad smell if i make and leave to have later, it mixed smoothly with water and doesnt upset my stomach from drinking it. The blend is fine and soft and i always go for the chocolate flavour which is just the right sweetness. Goes Well With: I mix with water for a quick post workout shake and 2 rice cakes.

Have tried many of the proteins on here and by far the best for taste and all! Might be a bit more expensive but worth it!
