For the Iso:Pro 97, chocolate 1kg bag Mixes: Well enough with milk or water, no granaular taste or residue left behind after a short burst on a blender. Not tried a shake with a ball in a protein flask. Minimal foam and quick to settle. Taste: Moderate. The chocolate flavour I purchased is not a sweet as some powders, which is good (it's meant to be lean). The consistancy is a little thin which when mixed with water, not to bad with milk. It is easily palatable and it won't be giving you any dread come feeding time. I mix it in with my oats as a replacement for sugar and it provides a nice morning treat. Effectiveness: I canot say one way or another on the effectiveness of this product over others, as this is my first foray into protein supplements. Originally bought as a replacement for refined, sugar-based treats, I have found this productive effective in curbing my appetite and helping with my lifting.
