I don't normally write reviews but if you do any sort of high intensity training this will make you feel the difference. I use it to push myself further through Barry's workouts (aggressive HIT) and my performance during the 60 minutes is noticeably different with or without it. I have the tropical flavour and it's not the best but not the worst by any means. I use slightly less than recommended in a 1L bottle and it's just like tropical squash.

After buying this and finding a giant scoop in it I contacted myprotein by email and telephone to question the actual amount of servings in 500g pouch but didn't get any helpful feedback as they didn't know about the products. 10+ yrs ago you used to phone them and every person u spoke to knew the range inside and out and were helpful but now...... There's 13 servings in 500g pouch as I measured them out. I now just take half a scoop and add cyclic dextrin and the whey which I already had and it's perfect. Not too sweet and gives me a huge boost to my workouts allowing me to keep the same intensity until the end of my workouts. I noticed especially back when England was like Africa heat that when I was sweating tons at work and most of the day this really helped replace any lost minerals and was superb at rehydrating me and quenching my thirst. I have the cranberry and raspberry flavour and it's tasty. Will buy another bag and just keep taking half a scoop at a time with my added extras. Too sweet by far. I've resorted to adding just a little bit to my other shakes. It's ideal for covering the taste of greens blends, but again just a dash is enough. Great product on every level except the intensity of the sweetness.
