"Goes well with anything really! I have it either plain with water, or with some dextrose post workout. With dextrose it tastes like those mini-milk ice lollies. Just by itself the unflavoured tastes like watery milk, and is very drinkable. Mixes easily with no lumps."

have been using this product for a few months now usually without complaint! However i decided to try the new melon flavor and it is truly awful. It is a little like refreshers the sweets not for me. Vanilla and banana are good to go...
