This is always the first think I put in my basket..My latest order was for a massive 5kg of choc whey because it was on offer. Over the past couple of months I have cut down on the supplements I take, I took creatine,whey,bcaa,oats and bcaa. I now only use Whey and BCAA's. and although i've cut down I'm still seeing all kinds of gains!! But don't forget to eat food also. Goes Well With: BCAA
