I've found the coffee caramel impact whey to be quite tasty but it's a little too sweet for me. The results are that it fills me up and staves hunger off for a little while longer. I just think it may be better suited to someone with a sweeter tooth Goes Well With: Cereals

I chose unflavoured because I've had other brands in the past and the flavour has been too artificial and just undrinkable (had to hold my nose whilst downing it). I mix this with milk and you can't even tell it's mixed in. Very impressed and can't wait to see results! Goes Well With: Milk

Taste good and is easy to mix

I've been taking this for two weeks and already see the effects after taking it on workout days. Taste depends on what you mix it with so I suggest mixing it with different stuff until you find something you enjoy. I mix it with fruit juices myself. Goes Well With: Fruit juices
