This flavour was recommended to me by my trainer - and he was spot on. It mixes really well, with just a good shaking so long as you're using a protein shaker - you don't need a blender or whisk. With a bit of elbow grease it mixes well, and goes down smooth. The smooth chocolate flavour tastes great with water. I personally haven't tried it with milk, but I opt not to use milk as the water mix is healthier. 3 full scoops (75g), and then filled to the 700 (maybe 750) mark with water is a good ratio I find. Great price. Protein powders mix really well. Summer fruits was amazing flavour. Not too keen on the chocolate mint. Just my preferance i guess. But plenty others to choose from. Delivery is top. Always quick and on time. Nicely packaged. Plenty of discount code too.

This is my first time using Impact Whey Protein and I'm finding it beneficial to my workouts. I was sceptical at first trying out protein shakes, but I have them immediately after my workout and are definitely helping me recover more quickly. I tend to workout in the evenings after work so they tide me over until I can get home and cook dinner. I ordered the chocolate brownie then the chocolate smooth flavour. Both are tasty, but much prefer the chocolate smooth flavour. Both also have great mixability - I have had no issues. Will be ordering again once both of my 1kg bags are finished. I eat quite a high protein diet anyway so I tend to only have half a protein shake, and the bags are lasting me a good while.

Onto my 5th or so order of this stuff. Really tasty and seems to do the job. Not the best to mix, but still my favourite protein I've used. Goes Well With: MILK!
