I think the Impact Whey Protein Powder is a good easy way to get towards your daily protein intake. It is well priced with loads of flavours that taste great. I personally go for vanilla and would recommend it but check the different flavours and go for personal preference. Goes Well With: This goes well with 300ml of milk.
