It tastes good and exactly how I thought it would taste which is more important than you think. Mixability wasn’t perfect but I don’t mind drinking a tiny clumb of the whey protein as most of it was mixed with the milk. I have no knowledge whether it was truly effective but I like to imagine it has been as a recent injury I picked up caused me a lot of discomfort and most of the pain had gone the next day which leaves me with the conclusion the amino acids from the protein shake have reattached the muscle tissue in my abductor after consuming this product. Goes Well With: Personally I believe the strawberry and chocolate flavours of whey protein go well with milk (especially semi-skimmed, but skimmed is also good), however if you are money conscious I found pouring 400ml of water into my shaker and mixing it with 100ml of milk + the Whey powder you don’t notice the taste of water as the milk ‘should’ overpower it if not add a little more milk.

This is the best protein powder I ever bought. I would recommend it to anyone‼️ Goes Well With: Water and milk 

Love the impact whey Elite. It tastes amazing (strawberry flavour) and helps me refuel my body after a decent training session. I always have it after one and train five/six times a week.  Every time you guys have a deal going, I always make sure I’ll take advantage of it.  Goes Well With: Most dairy milks and water. I’ve tried it with almond milk before but didn’t like the taste of the two together.
