"Been on this stuff a few months now just got another 2kg bag, i went with choc smooth as i heard it was the best, and trust me ITS THE BEST PROTEIN SHAKE IVE TASTED. But its not the taste you want, its the gains AND trust me again you will get gains. "I did have a few mixing problems with this, I don't know if it was just a batch issue, but what I found was if you mix it in slightly warm water then it mixes really easy, I found this out because I kept using cold bottled water out of the fridge, then I ran out so I resorted to tap water, now with the tap water obviously not being as cold as water from the fridge it started to mix to a smooth non lumpy consistency, so if you just mix it at just room temperature water you should be fine, if you like it cold then mix it at room temperature and stick it in the fridge to cool while you are working out, using warm water also takes the froth away after about 30 seconds of standing, make sure to mix slightly before consuming after leaving it though as the water tends to separate from the mixture as it is left standing, all in all a great product, tastes great and I am glad I found this little fix for people who are having mixing and froth problems :)"
