Great product at very reasonable price. Speedy delivery

Started looking into whey to begin my fitness journey, got the chocolate caramel and the wh Goes Well With: Water or in a smoothie

Bought 2.5kg of this. Does exactly what it says on the tin...but....peanut butter chocolate is rancid, can't even stomach it so now I've gotta dump it and stick to the old faithful Strawberry

so regarding the effectiveness I can't really speak as I dont know what it is really there to do. But I and getting a lot more trim and in shape and the muscle definition is forming nicely. so for this I rated it a 4*. Tastes are generally brilliant. a few that I would class as good but may need a bit of time to get used to. the peanut one is very nutty but more a pure nut taste instead of the peanut butter type taste (which is what I was expecting) Mixability is generally very good. However for the ones that are a slightly stiffer consistency they dont always mix down and often leave clumps in the shakes. Blueberry being the main one that I have noticed so far. Goes Well With: They taste well with water and milks. (Oat, soya, normal) I like them in yogurt. Also nice mixed in to pancake mix, but I prefer mine slightly under cooked so they are still loose/ runny in the middle (not fluffy and cooked through) but its all personal preference.

I always use this product and it never disappoints. I have found this Natural Strawberry to be my preferred flavour as it is not as creamy as some of the others. I also like this product because it does not have any mixing issues. I do use the 'My Protein' shaker and always mix with plain water, it is fine, very palatable and not too thick. I use it primarily as post workout.
