This is not whey protein - you can't just mix it with water/soy/almond milk and a nice protein shake comes out. I make mine in a Nutribullet. Like all pea-protein, it tastes a bit grainy and a bit weirdly dry. There's a few tricks to making it actually taste beaut. 1) Put the liquid in first and the protein in after. If you put it into the blender cup first and the liquid after, it will stick to the top and not blend. 2) Add a banana. Honestly, this is the only thing that cancels that weird musty dryness of pea protein. I add the following, in order: 200ml water, 200ml unsweetened almond/soy milk, 30g protein, 1 tsp of a 50/50 cinnamon and turmeric mix. Goes Well With: Banana

I'm not too bothered about the taste of protien products, it's not really my main concern. The new product is high in protien and the unflavoured version is a very clean source. I mix mine with cocoa powder that's free from sweetener, coconut milk and fruit. Tastes good enough to me. Great product a bit pricey though. Goes Well With: Coconut milk Cocoa powder Fruit

Mixes really well with water, taste is fine, and is very similar to Whey Protein (purchased strawberry). Only issue is that it's quite grainy and after every gulp I have to wash it down with water. The grainy-ness is quite annoying in all honesty. Goes Well With: Water

One of the best tasting vegan proteins I have tried. It seems to mix really well in smoothies too.  I bought coffee walnut flavour and the taste is absolutely delicious!  Worth the money and good value for money especially if you have a student discount code. Would definitely recommend and will be purchasing this protein from now on.  Goes Well With: Water, almond milk text. and blended in smoothies
