I'm usually a protein shake kinda person, but I was pleasantly surprised with this bar, got one as a little sample and may have to buy a whole pack next time!

I like these bars. This flavour I wasn’t too keen on, cookies and creme is my favourite!

Chewy and tasty. Reading the info on label seems to have all the nutrients you’d want in a recovery bar. Covinient to keep in work bag instead of self made shakes and drinks  Goes Well With: Exercise. 

It's deceptive how a snack that tastes so good can contain all the right things. It's a nice protein boost while not swaying from your food/diet routine. I got it as a freebie with an order, but I'll definitely consider buying more of them in bulk
