Excellent Product , I have The Cola and Blue Raspberry Flavour which I mix with the same flavour BCAA's , can feel it get to work within around 10-15 minutes, sometimes get a tingling feeling in your skin , bit this quickly goes away when you start your workout , and boy can you workout on it , extra reps , higher weight , and an added bonus of an insane pump, highly recommended to push through to the next level Goes Well With: Unflavoured or same flavour BCAA's and Creatine

I thought I'd give this a try as it was a cheaper alternative, I normally opt for the alpha pre workout or the pre but alpha was out of stock, blue raspberry is my go to but this pre tastes awful, you get what you pay for I suppose, I guess it's cheaper for a reason. Other than the taste it does what it's meant to. Goes Well With: Goes well when you've ran out and other products are out of stock.

Good flavour. The consistency isn’t grainy. Very strong pre workout.  Goes Well With: Water
