Great to supplement a weight loss program, good flavours and mixes well with a standard shaker  Goes Well With: Water and milk 

I've been on this for so long. Had a break for around six months training the same but no intake of supplements. Worst mistake I ever made. Felt flat looked worse put weight on in all the wrong places. The taste is spot on only ever used the chocolate flavours and it mixes well with water and milk. Well worth the cost compared to others I've tried will never stop using this again

Absolutely gorgeous protein. Really lovely flavour & it doesn’t leave an aftertaste like some proteins I’ve tried. So pleased I was recommended to use my protein & excellent value for money.  Also mixes without leaving any lumps  10 out of 10 from me  Goes Well With: Overnight oats, pancakes, plain shakes, even lovely when mixed with just water
