Had this as part of the initial weight loss bundle in double choc flavour (wish I could have chosen the flavour but that's a different review...). I have it for breakfast after a swim, and so far so easy. The taste is good, possibly a bit sweet for me but I'll survive! Mixes ok, but have only tried it with water so far (watching those calories!). Am also looking forward to trying as a protein pancake, or mixing with almond milk - think that'll be really tasty. Only a few days into using so no results yet - except it does make me ridiculously full and I'm not even thinking about lunch until...well, until lunchtime! I've been using impact diet whey as a meal substitute to lose weight. I find the product tastes great in vanilla and strawberry and keeps me feeling full. Great all round product and brilliant price.

I've been using this product for a few months now. Taste is delicious, I have the double choc flavor. Am I the only one that finds its strange having this grain looking jelly substance in the mix. Looks like clear grain when the mix is dry.. once powder is mixed with liquid the grain turns to a gelatine. I've previously spoken to my protein customer service. But if I leave my ready made shake for a few mins I find it's gets large lumps or if I've mixed the shake in my nutribullet for more than 20sec I get jelly lumps. Goes Well With: Blueberries, banana

Grey taste. Quite filling. Especially if blended in with fruits or something else. Also great in gluten free pancakes. Goes Well With: Pancakes, fruit, alone

I use it as a meal replacement for breakfast and its a really good start to the day! Tasty, easy and keeps me full till lunch! A real help in my weight loss regime!
