So glad I purchased this! Been having trouble with binge eating for so long and due to that I wasn't able to lose any weight even with exercising but this helped me so much! Terrible taste. It is actually milk tea brown sugar. If I had know that I wouldn't have purchased. Taste like a week old builders tea. Too sweet and like dishwater consistency Goes Well With: Cut my losses and disposed of it immediately

This has worked fantastic for me the only criticism is it didn’t taste as good as the meal replacement .. but otherwise it’s shred me down to the 5lb I needed to loose  Goes Well With: Cla and Thermopure
