I bought this as a protein hit before bed, when you mix it with water is goes a little foamy on top but it's still drinkable. I'd recommend mixing it with milk it goes really thick almost like a milk shake and tastes much better, there's also a decent amount of slow release protein for little extra calories Goes Well With: Mixes well with milk, use with CLA

I got the chocolate flavour it tastes really nice and mixes well can't fault it in any way

I found this mixes much better than other casein powders ive tried, there are no clumps but the texture is a little gritty. Taste isnt very strong (chocolate) but its nice. Goes Well With: Water, creatine
