Great product. I love the taste, not too sweet. I've had other vanilla proteins before and all of them tended to be on the sweet side, this one is perfect, and it blends perfectly too. Goes Well With: Water, Milk, yogurt, banana

I bought Strawberry Micellar Casein as I wanted a pure casein protein powder without the add-ons that other brands chuck in (like ZMA etc.). The first time I tried it, it was with water and it was so potent and sharp that I was glad I only bought 1kg of it. Safe to say, I will not be buying Strawberry flavour again even though I have got used to it and am now mixing it with milk (which is miles better). No doubt that the effectiveness is top quality, so will defiantly try a different flavour in the future. Goes Well With: My Protein ZMA tablets

Bought this product with intentions of filler me up for longer, and it does exactly that i add it to my porridge in the morning and I do not eat again till 10.30 which previously id gorge on cereal and toast at 9.30 due to starving myself, hence the big 5 stars. The taste is slightly synthetic as are most strawberry flavors but not palatable. Mix ability - it mixes reasonable well although because the powder is so fine its get every where its doing my casein (Case in) Good product might try chocolate next time. Goes Well With: Porridge, milk. Not the best with water !

Well yes the taste is great... but lets face it, that's not a major concern. The main issue is if it is actually effective? Well i take Whey Protein morning and post workout. I then take Casein, a slow release protein, right before bed. I will be honest... my recovery time after a workout is reduced. I wake up in the morning without all the aches from the previous days workout and i am able to train again much quicker than before. In addition, having the Casein at night has actually helped my sleep. I don't get any of the usual waking up hungry or dehydrated as I used to. And a restful, decent nights sleep is another recovery and builder for anyone who trains. I'm not saying the protein is any better than other proteins out there on the market. However: The price is reasonable The taste is great It mixes well It works So why should i change to another brand...... Hope this helps anyone considering buying Whey or Casein protein.
