Don't do what I done on my first attempt and put a full scoop in with 300ml of water, was like cement but after reading the pack and using the 1/4 scoop like recommended, it is now bareable! I feel t will get better with time just got to get used to the texture Goes Well With: Water

Of all the slow-release proteins (milk smooth, calcium caseinate) this is by far the most mixable. Doesn't matter if you add powder before or after the liquid, it doesn't clog it just mixes well. As for effectiveness, I find it works as well as caseinate and better than mill smooth, and is much less bloaty than the last one. The taste is neutral and easy to take so go for unflavoured; more protein content for your money and saves you paying extra for a flavour. Goes Well With: Whatever you want.

Absolutely love this, it tastes so like milkshake when mixed with milk (vanilla flavour). It gets quite bubbly when first mixed but it settles down! Definitely noticed that I am not as sore after intense workouts (I ran out and went to the gym anyway and I am really feeling the difference today!). Highly recommended! I've only had this product for a few days and I can say that it's filling me and stopping me from those midnight snacks which is great for me, only problem with these is the powder is too "light" and its just a mess whenever I open the bag and take a scoop. the taste is kinda bland(got vanilla) but thats not really the issue its the "chalky" aftertaste and the huge amount of froth you get when you mixed it making it really hard to finish up. To take this problem off I tried mixing it with my Whey Protein to reduce the froth and the "chalky" texture it has. Goes Well With: Milk and mix with whey.
