I am using grape flavor at the moment, not bad, but nothing amazing either. I find BCAA important since I train fasted and my work-outs are usually 90-120min. Taking 5g before and 5 during-after my workout. Good stuff. I'll try different flavor next time. <B>Goes Well With:</B> water
