It's my very first supp and i must say, it does what it says.
I mix in the morning 5g to get the day started and sip it till my workout.
but the real deal is after the sweat, i just mix 10g into water, drink it and the next day, no sore muscles whatsoever.
I'm really pleased and will definitely buy it next time.

Really good taste, mixes really well with water (it's all ive tried to mix it with). Noticed increased recovery speed and an easy way to get in more bcaas into your diet as it tastes so good.
