Usually go for a different brand for my BCAA's but when I recently needed to top up supplies; they were sold out so I opted to give this one a go for a while. No complaints at all; good taste (tropical) and mixes well. Doesn't give me the same energy boost that my previous bcaa's did but still help prevent muscle loss and help with recovery so all in all a good buy. Goes Well With: Creatine, HMB, Water

I can't recommend this product enough! Still get soreness but the difference after taking BCAA while training is unbelievable! I can walk the day after a massive leg session!! I mix it with water while working out or carrying out any cardio. Goes Well With: Water

My 1st time purchasing BCAA's I read the reviews saying unflavoured tastes horrible, so I got Tropical (10/10). And the taste is lovely, I could have that flavour as a drink anytime of the day. :). As for mixability (3/10),its not good, but a couple of shakes and just gulp it down. Effectiveness is brilliant (10/10), I am hardly sore after workouts now and seeing all types of gainz!! A must buy!. I use this with whey and oats (No oats in the spring/summer,only in winter). Goes Well With: Whey and oats

Unflavoured* I've tried a few different BCAA's (Caps and Powders), this one seems to work as expected its just the mixability that lets it down. It's fine in a shaker but if you don't have a shaker an say mix in a glass/cup with water it doesn't mix very well (Quite Foamy). Go for the Tablet form. Goes Well With: Whey in a Shaker
