Definitely recommend this product, tastes amazing, and perfect for after my running.

I have been using another much more expensive brand but seen these on offer so thought would give them a try. Flavour choice is limited but they do the job and are half the price of the others I use (when on offer). You do have to shake it up to mix properly. I usually have one to hydrate while training and I also use as hangover prevention. One sachet before I go out, one when I get in and one in the morning. Good as new! Goes Well With: Water
