These work really well I couldn’t get hold of them for a while and realised how well the worked Goes Well With: Evening primrose 

Amazing. I got diagnosed with PCOS and start researching supplements. I got advised these were great from a girl in work. I hadn’t even been taking them one week and I got a period. Also got pregnant not even taking these for one full month. Definitely recommend if trying to conceive or just want to get a period with PCOS

After a few weeks of taking these I already feel like myself again, my period came on time this month (they have been very irregular) and I just feel like I have more energy. I’ve also been taking these alongside another brand of inositol but I’ve noticed myprotein do this too for a lot cheaper so I’ll be switching to that as well! 

I bought this after a twitter review, at the time I was having an extra long period and after taking it for a day my period stopped, I carried on taking it consistently and when my period came it was the least amount of pain I've ever experienced on my period, I didn't even know it was coming and usually the first two days for me are crippling, I've now bought 2x more bottles so would 100% recommend.

As others it’s an amazing product I’ve been without for 2 months and really feeling the effects of PMDD. Can anyone who’s found an alternative leave a review of something I can take.
