Been taking it three times each day for a couple of weeks and cannot really tell if it is doing anything yet. Tastes OK when mixed with either Impact Whey or Bedtime. The one thing I have noticed is that my fingernails appear to be growing quicker...\nIt is pretty cheap so I will continue taking it for a couple of months to see what happens.

"Got some the other day with great service from MP. It smells like White Gloss paint which is pretty weird but doesn't taste too bad (definately not as bad as Creatine Ethyl Ester). You need to give it a good stir to get it to mix though. Only been on the stuff for a couple of days so cant comment on the effects just yet. However, after researching the product I would say it is definately worth trying it out."
