Got these for the wife as she drinks green tea so these work well for her. The benefit’s actually work

I'd been reading about green tea extract for awhile. Saw these on my favorite supliments site and thought why not. Well they arrived promptly and I took my 1st one the next day when I went running. They certainly give you a kick of energy. I ran for 10k and it didn't feel like it. For someone with Parkinsons it was a great improvement on my normal run. The caffine kick is just right not overpowering and no drained felling after. I'll certainly will be making them part of my training regime. If carlsberg made green tea extracts it'd be these
