I always stick to the Unflavored version to avoid any kind of sweeteners. Just mix near about 2 1/4 scoops in 350 ml tall glass and keep sipping it over a period of time. I love the dark green color. The taste is lil overpowering when you take the first sip but then goes away immediately, the texture is powdery and I keep stirring it with a spoon. Can be mixed with the help of a shaker instead but I like to consume it in a glass container/glass bottle, I just like consuming it with normal water or in my morning pineapple or freshly squeezed orange juice. I've been using it only for 2 days so didn't see much difference as of now. Will update later on the effectiveness. I would recommend taking the unflavored version. Goes Well With: Normal Water!!

I’ve been suffering from acne since exam season, staying up all night etc... Since taking this, literally a week after my skin began to clear up. Size of pimples began to shrink when they do show up and definitely a decrease in size. I tend to take this with a berroca and a scoop of creatine, although it doesn’t taste amazing the berroca does make it bearable. Definitely worth the taste. It also helps with bloating and IBS type problems, probably because of the  nutrients it provides to the gut microbiome. All in all definitely worth it and is my secret weapon. A very sweet / sharp flavour, not quite was I was expecting (but I haven't gone for a fruity flavour befor now). I've tried it two ways - mixed with water, fruit juice and frozen fruit chunks, to make a slushie and my usual way - mixed with yoghurt & frozen banana to make a creamy milkshake. It seems to work better with banana, the creamy texture takes the edge of some of the sweetness, but I have yet to try it on it's own with just water. I'm a fan of the Vegan Protein & Greens Powder, which has a similar range of vegetable extracts, so will probably stick with that in future.
