Get over the fact that this stuff is probably unlike anything you've ever drank before and it is an excellent product. The taste, smell and appearance are not unpleasant, just different and should not even come into the equation when you consider the effectiveness of Total Nutri-Greens. I struggle to get my five a day although I do try and I take my vitamins but thought I would buy this to supplement my diet. I was not disappointed, I have been using this as a pre-workout it is that good, I mix it with creatine and water and drink it about 30 minutes before training. I cant explain it but within two minutes you just feel a certain awareness, clarity and focus, I would say similar to having a coffee but with a "cleaner" buzz, I was amazed at how quickly it seemed to perk me up which suggests I was probably deficient in something that is contained inside this. Anyway if you are looking at this page I would strongly suggest you buy a pouch, I don't usually write reviews but I genuinely feel this product deserves one... The sweetened is far to sweet so I would recommend buying 2 bags: one sweetened and one unsweetend then mix them together. You can also add some Spirulina to it for a super drink. I love this pre and post workout. <B>Goes Well With:</B> Beetroot Juice. Spirulina

I have tried various powders to try to increase my veg and fruit intake with varying degrees of success. Some were down right awful some were less obnoxious. This is the first time I have tried Nutri-greens and really impressed. Mixed with my normal protein shakes (with skimmed milk) and then included in my evening meal it is un-noticeable in both. Too early to accurately rate effectiveness, but the fact I can actually stomach drinking it is a massive bonus for me. the ingredient list looks great and happy that I am now improving my intake of nutrients. It does turn my shakes especially a bluey / green colour but that doesn't put me off and as I said the flavour isn't noticeable. Haven't tried the tropical variety which I might next time and use with juice, but for now stoked with the product. Haven't looked into competitors pricing, but I find everything at Myprotein is fairly priced.

Good product for health, the taste is ok, you get used to it after a while and it is very cheap also. Next time I will buy the big pouch!

I have tried several greens powders and Nutrigreens steps up to the mark with the best of them. The flavour is minimal in the original flavour - I have had it with various juices and protein shakes and it goes down fine. You really only notice the texture but its plenty manageable. It's certainly a good buy this time of year (winter is on its way). I suggest it's best used as an addition to a good, varied diet, but obviously this is a very convenient way to get your veggie goodness if you are in a very busy career like mine and can't cook all the veg that you wish you could and find time to eat it all whilst on the job.
