Great product, does what its says on the box and not too big to swallow like most supplements.

This stuff is great really helped with my clicky knees and very easy to swallow just need to remember to take it every day lol

I had a cartilage problem behind my right knee and was really struggling to push off that knee and bend down, it was really uncomfortable. I did some research and saw this and all the reviews raving about it and I was like no its too good to be true, but I tried it and it really is a brilliant supplement, 2 weeks of taking it and my knee pain is almost gone and its alot stronger aswell.
