I've been taking cod liver oil tablets for a long time as I have always had problems with my joints, I've been on these tablets for 2/3 weeks and can actually tell they are working, I ache less at night. I bought these after my doctor suggested I cut back on Cod Liver Oil, and my trainer suggested Glucosamine instead. I compete in a wide variety of sports/events, triathlon, running, cycling, mountain biking etc and so I am keen to look after my joints. These are fairly large tablets but they are relatively easy to swallow. <B>Goes Well With:</B> Water

After going through a pot of the this supplement, which were very easy to swallow and worked well I thought I'd try these as they are cheaper. Unfortunately when you go to wash the tablet down with a little water it starts dissolving and is very powdery and consequently extremely difficult to swallow. I'm sure they work but the HCL's are much easier to take.
