Glucosamine HCL is a great product used by myself and my partner. I suffer from extreme knee pain and this helps me to cope with it. My partner suffers with wrist pain and taking these completely eradicates it.

Glucosamine HCL works great. My elbows previously had a grinding click when I would do certain exercises but now it is slowly reducing after about a week and a half of use.

Highly recommend these for anyone with joint problems. I had a dodgy knee with suspected cartilage damage which stopped me playing football for a considerable time. I was recommended these and within a month or so my knee was well on the way to recovery!

I have been taking Glucosamine tablets morning and night with my protein for the past 3 weeks and have found it very helpful. For a long time i have suffered pain in my ankle joints when jogging or running and since i have taken the Glucosamine i have found the pain significantly reduced to the point it is no longer a problem. I would say any one with a recurrent joint problem should give it a go.
