Hard to tell how effective it is because I'm taking it as a precautionary measure. Been taking it for a couple of weeks and not had any issues with my joint. So far so good.

Did the trick after 3-4 days. Been having problems with my wrists, wich caused my performance in gym, especially in exercises involving dumbells, to become stagnant do to the pain caused when lifting heavy. Like i said, after a few days, the pain was gone and i was able to lift more heavy thus increasing my performance. Goes Well With: With a sip of water ;)

I had pain in my shoulder joint as a result of lifting weights. After a few days of using these tablets the pain in my shoulder has eased. I have greater mobility in my shoulder joint as well. Only downside is that the tablets are very large and difficult to swallow. The need to be broken into half in order to swallow them.
