Each cap should have at least 500mg Glucosamine (3x500mg a day is the minimum).

It's hard to know how effective these MSM Glucosamine Chondroitin are after only a couple of weeks use, but I have noticed that I don't have so much of the 'crunching' in my shoulders when lifting. Nor as much aching in the morning, so I think they are doing me some good and the price is better than elsewhere. I just take 2 per day, morning and evening and will probably go down to one a day in a months time.
