I was dubious trying these. They do work. They work that well they suppress my hunger for hours. I take two at 7am and don’t eat till 11am. I take two at 1/2pm and miss lunch. I have my big evening meal around 6pm and take two more at 830 so I’m not hungry at bedtime. I am tracking my calories still and I’m eating around 1200 calories a day. I no longer snack. I’ve lost 6.5lbs in two weeks on these. I am a convert!!  Remember to take them with a full pint of water as they need this to expand in your stomach (and not your throat). This is the only warning you get and really need and you must take them a minimum of 30 minutes before eating or they won’t work  There are no laxatives in these but Konjac is high in fibre and you get the benefit of regular normal bowel Movements with these too

These are fantastic! They really do curb your appetite. I was a bit sceptical at first, but today is day 3 of taking them and have really noticed I haven't been hungry at all. There are no side effects, which is great. Highly recommended x Goes Well With: Water

Have started using and just wow, it fills my stomach so much that it really does help lower the intake of my food, would recommend if you are going on diet, however, I do recommend eating a balanced diet and this is definitely not a substitute for your meal.  Goes Well With: Lots of Water
