I quite like this product. i take it within the golden hour after training. i like the fact that its a complete package. It mixes well with milk and the taste is great although to be fair I think i need a change from chocolate smoothie. i feel it works for me. Goes Well With: Milk

I'm 18 and have never taken protein powder but have been going gym for 3 years now. Decided to buy this because of the amount of protein it provides. It worked amazingly and after a few weeks i noticed increase in size and definition of muscle. Taste of strawberry cream definitely requires some getting used to but it wasn't too bad once you get through it a few times. Goes Well With: Milk, water tastes of chemicals

Some people complain about the taste, but I chose the strawberry one and personally like it, better then what I had before, I almost enjoy it.. I even put a bit when I mix my flavorless carbohydrates to give it a better taste. Nice mix of everything so gives you good amount of proteins and energy to keep pushing. I've used 3 5kg bags so far, very effective for performance increase and building muscle. The taste isn't that great (chocolate smooth) however the results this mix brings will make you forget about that. I wouldn't use anything else. I recommend this 100% Goes Well With: A Decent workout.
