Great post workout shake. I don't need to buy dextrose separately, because it has extra added sugar in it. I use 2 scoops after my workout and 1 scoop with my breakfast. Chocolate smooth is my favorite one. Mixability is good, even better when you add lukewarm water in your shaker. Goes Well With: Creatine

The shake tastes really nice and isn't too rich like you find with other vanilla flavoured shakes. Mixes well except for the froth that builds up after shaking. On the whole though, really pleased with the purchase, especially for the price!

I don't normally bother with writing reviews but I was so disappointed with this product I felt I had too... Normally I buy the impact whey & this is a great product from MyProtein but this 'Essential Whey' seems miles apart in its quality, its texture as you scoop it is even completely different it reminds me of scooping sherbet! It really doesn't mix well at all as soon as liquid touches it it binds to everything clumps & sticks & to make matters worse the more you shake it the more 'foam' it produces & makes it very difficult to drink even after leaving it to settle.. I decided to try this whey to try & save a little money but in reality it's going to cost more as its so diabolical I don't know if I can put up with using the bag! Very disappointed as every other product I've used has been excellent the only good thing I can say about it is the flavour (strawberry) is perfectly ok. My advice is go for the Impact Whey & steer clear of this! Goes Well With: The bin....
