"I bought iBCAA because it seemed to be a new product created in response to complaints about the normal BCAA, which doesn't mix well in water. This one, despite the added lecithin, still doesn't mix well - large particles are left in the bottom of the glass or shaker. It taste nasty - a bit like aspirin, but more bitter - but holding your breath and knocking it back does the trick. Recovery seems to be better - that's the only reason I bought it. Wonder if MP could make the power more finely ground to avoid the large bits being left at the bottom."
