These are a great product and very easy to swallow  Goes Well With: Any drink you can’t taste them 

You can really feel the difference in your body if you take these regularly, I was concerned about how much I was working out and if I was over doing it, but these were recommended to me and I've never looked back. They're quite easy to swallow as well, which is a bonus.

Great way to get in your essential BCAA's I eat 3 before a workout and 3 after a workout , noticeable difference in energy levels as I feel more awake when I use these Goes Well With: Water , duh
