This product satisfied me but there are flaws. The label doesn't tell me how many calories it has. The mixability is pretty low. The taste is meh. But the only issue to me is the label.

im a regular lifter and always taken bcaas as part of my diet. I've found it has helped me with steady gains and I've not really had any complaints... However as the summer fast approaches and like everyone else I've started my shred phase, whilst trying to maintain size. Being a ' normal' lad, working shifts, not being able to get in meals every two hours or train at the same time every day is hard work and the final result we all look for seems impossible to achieve. However I recently purchased this product and I've not been disappointed.. I've found that taking this 4 times a day with meals and combined with my diet, supplements and training has given me the lean mass and look I'm aiming for. if you want to jump on the gains train, I'd recommend this product.. They work really well, feel a lot better in the gym when ive had them, you can tell they're in your drink with unflavoured one and sometimes take a little bit longer to dissolve but All in all absolutely great, already reordered! Goes Well With: Your favourite squash and creatine monohydrate

Having always had flavoured BCAAs in the past I was reluctant to get 'unflavoured', especially after trying some before and feeling like is just drank something from the washing up cupboard. However, I bit the bullet and bought unflavoured. In all honesty I could drink it on it's own when needed, I only add a touch of dilute juice to take the slight weird taste away. With cordial you don't even taste the BCAAs, no funny after taste that makes you pull a face and effective! Good purchase very happy! Goes Well With: Orange or black currant juice!!!
