I have now been using this product for approximately 2 months, i take 4 pre workout and 4 post workout to help prevent the breakdown of lean muscle tissue and aid in the recovery process. I find myself looking that little bit bigger and leaner whilst seeing overall gains in speed, stamina and power. A good product to couple with an all in one or a high potency protein shake, pre and post workout.
