Only had 1 pill with food as suggested (only a pot of oats which never caused me any problems). What followed was horrible bowel movement, stomach cramps, indigestion, heartburn and raging diarrhoea. I bought these electrolyte tablets initially as I was beginning a ketogenic diet. I took two every day and I had no adverse reaction to the diet at all.. no "keto flu" symptoms whatsoever. I have continued to take them and it is 4 months into the diet now. I recently had my blood tested through my doctor and all results were satisfactory including my electrolyte levels. I am certain these tablets have helped me maintain my balance. They taste like salt due to their sodium content, so down them with water. Always take with food or you will likely have heartburn.
